Please reach us at thebridgepetmemorial@gmail.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
Our process from the time we receive a pet takes 7-10 days.
Absolutely. We do not charge any additional fees to pick your pet up from your clinic as long as they are in the Houston and surrounding areas.
We can certainly come to your home to pick your pet up. Timing depends on the availability of our drivers, and there is an additional fee depending on the weight of your pet.
Not at all. You are more than welcome to bring your pet any time within normal business hours. We are also available on weekends by appointment. We do ask that you give us a call when you are on your way so we can be ready for you, but that is not required.
We use VetLink, a top of the line software that allows us to track and monitor your pet's progress throughout our process. The identification tag your pet will receive is unique to them, and will be scanned at every stage. For more information about VetLink, please click here: www.thebridgepm/vetlink
There are a few options. You can take your pet to your local 24 hour emergency clinic, where they can hold them until we open the next morning, or you can keep them at your home until you can bring them to our office. If you are keeping your pet at home, we recommend wrapping them in a towel or blanket, and placing them in a cooler area of your home.
Yes, we can. We can perform services for all small animals, including reptiles, amphibians, birds, hamsters, bunnies, and guinea pigs. For our scaled and feathered friends, please feel free to ask for a standard urn without the brass paw prints on top.
